1) To use, turn the valve knob to "ON."
2) Insert the cable into the terminal or lug and position them inside the dies.
3) Pump the handle until the dies no longer compress.
4) Turn the valve knob to "OFF" to release pressure and remove the crimped assembly from the tool.
